Erosion

In the project Erosion, I studied geological layers: how they are formed and what effect they create. During the investigation, I realized that I want to recreate this layered effect,
but in the form of erosion.
This was done by casting differently colored layers of ceramic into a plaster mold and their subsequent exposure through carving of the bowls on the pottery wheel.
The inspiration for the colorful bowls came from the world of mushrooms.
These species tend to form colorful layered structures, which give rise to the unique color palette found in mushrooms.
